By accessing or purchasing through our website www.cardtasy.de, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information

CardTasy specializes in personalized and engraved business cards made from PVC, metal, wood, and other premium materials.

All our products are custom-made according to the specifications provided by each customer.

2. Orders and Customization

Each order is produced individually based on the files, text, and design provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded logos, designs, and texts are accurate and free of copyright violations.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include or exclude VAT depending on the delivery country.
We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped worldwide from our Frankfurt facility.
Delivery times vary depending on production capacity and destination.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once the order is dispatched.

5. Returns and Refunds

Since all items are custom-made, returns or exchanges are not possible, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

In such cases, please contact info@cardtasy.de within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, product photos, and website content are the property of CardTasy / EuroGraph GmbH and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
