Shipping Policy

1. General Information
All orders from CardTasy are produced and shipped from our facility in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Since every product is custom-made, production begins only after payment confirmation and approval of design (if applicable).
2. Production Time
Our standard production time is 5–10 business days depending on material and order quantity:

PVC / Plastic cards: 5–7 business days

Metal cards (Black, Gold, Silver, Rose Gold): 7–10 business days

Wooden cards: 7–10 business days
Please note that production time may vary during high-demand periods or for large orders.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship using trusted logistics partners such as DHL, UPS, or Deutsche Post.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Germany: 1–3 business days

EU countries: 3–6 business days

Non-EU / International: 5–12 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Free shipping may apply for promotional campaigns or bulk orders.
5. Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply.
These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact info@cardtasy.de within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
